Customer Passion Skill Development
Some of our programs are developed for trainers to deliver the materials to thousands of employees. This particular program was delivered to ten managers who in turn trained 100 trainers who taught 6,000 employees. The program was developed from Super Service and included customized role plays, a video with a motivational message from the CEO and a Master Certification program. Included in the program were directions for conducting all class activities such as individual exercises, small group activities, and skill exercises. Materials included: Train-the-Trainer Facilitator Guide, Train-the-Trainer Participant Guide, Program Facilitator Guide and Program Participant Guide. Focus groups and Subject Matter Experts ensured that the program met all the criteria for customer service, and on-going support from MJLearning ensured that the program continued to meet the high standards throughout the role-out.
