Selling it Right the First Time
This two-day program provided a communications system overview and selling skills program to maximize sales and effectively close more business. Like most of the programs we developed for Motorola, this was a modular workshop and included video, along with Participant and Instructor guides. Day One included a Communications Systems Overview and Needs Satisfaction Selling—Day Two began with How To Handle and Identify Objections, Proposal and Cost Justification and Obtaining Commitment.
