Webinar

A key feature of a Webinar is its interactive elements and the ability to give, receive and discuss information. As a result of this, the Webinar is fast becoming one of our newest and productive methods of training.

We provide Webinars as an additional component to our training programs depending on the needs of our clients. For example, we use the Webinar with Super Service as an ongoing reinforcement of the skills learned during training. Before the presentation, participants receive handouts and questionnaires to download for use during the Webinar. In the actual event, they are able to ask questions and interact with the facilitator which makes it an interesting, lively and practical presentation.

The taped Webinars are also available for people who are not able to be at the live event—they can access them from an archived retrieval system. Using Webinar technology in training is effective because of two factors: 1) the facilitator’s expertise in keeping the presentation interesting, and focused on the needs of the audience, and 2) the technology of the system. At McNeil & Johnson we handle both these needs—just one more reason out clients keep coming back!

Customer Satisfaction could be the only sustainable advantage in the new economy.
